Everything you need to know for a fantastic day at Rock the Rec
Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome. Please keep them under control and clean up after them.
Feel free to bring a picnic. BBQs, glass containers and alcohol are not permitted. Bar and food stalls are available.
Parking is available to pre-book. If you live locally, please consider walking or cycling to help reduce congestion.
Alcohol cannot be brought into the festival due to our premises licence. Our bars will be serving drinks all day.
Rock the Rec goes ahead whatever the weather, so please dress for the forecast and enjoy the day!
We aim to make Rock the Rec accessible for everyone. Please contact us before the event if you have specific requirements.
Free drinking water is available throughout Rock the Rec. Please bring your reusable water bottle to refill.
Everyone needs a ticket, including under 3s (free). Children aged 3–15 must be accompanied by an adult.
Re-entry is permitted. Just remember to get your hand stamped before leaving the Rock the Rec site.
Simply show your Eventbrite ticket on your phone. There’s no need to print it unless you want to. You can also buy tickets at the gate.
Most bars, food vendors and traders accept card payments, although carrying a little cash is always a good idea.
Camping chairs and picnic blankets are welcome. Gazebos can only be brought in if you pre-book a plot.
